About the College Committee

The College Committee is a committee of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Australia operating under Article 7 of the Articles of Agreement and under Regulations granted by the General Assembly. It is principally responsible for the supervision of the course of training for candidates for the ministry of Word and Sacraments within the Presbyterian Church of Australia and for the admission of candidates to the course of training and their grading. The College Committee does not operate an educational institution, but recognises courses at the following theological colleges as satisfying the educational requirement of the training of candidates.
