The College Committee is a committee of the General
Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Australia
operating under Article 7 of the Articles of Agreement
and
under Regulations granted by the General Assembly. It is
principally responsible for the supervision of the course
of
training for candidates for the ministry of Word and
Sacraments within the Presbyterian Church of Australia
and for the admission of candidates to the course of
training and their grading. The College Committee does
not operate an educational institution, but recognises
courses at the following theological colleges as satisfying
the educational requirement of the training of candidates.

For
the training of candidates for the ministry from Western
Australia, subject to certain conditions, the
General Assembly of Australia also currently authorises the
use of Trinity Theological College, Perth (www
trinity.org.au) with students under the supervision of the
Faculty of the Presbyterian Theological College, Victoria.

for details regarding the course and the requirements
for
candidature, or contact the convener of the committee
responsible for theological education in the relevant
state
for those states where there is no Presbyterian theological
college.
